Alarm sounding in Number One Hill. On arrival firefighters were met and told someone was cooking and alarm sounded.

Units responded to a motorcycle accident with injuries in Wyatt Hollow. On arrival firefighters aided the patient and then assisted loading the patient. Rescue was utilized for lighting.

Engine 20 and 9 responded to Straight Row for an alarm sounding. Firefighters made a walk through. A thermal Imaging Camera utilized. Nothing found and units returned to station.

1) Person called in and advised firefighters of a brush fire near the Horseshoe Curve on HWY 805. Engine 20 responded and quickly extinguish the lower fire with a deck gun. Forestry had arrived and began extinguishing the fire on the upper hillside.

After an early morning rain and snow, the mountain became icy causing 6 semi trucks and several passenger vehicles have accidents. Roadway was closed for several hours until roadway was cleared and made passable.

A 200 lb dog had broke a bone and couldn't move. Captain Damron got a backboard and assisted the dog's owner in moving the dog to a vehicle to take it to the vet. The Damron family has made several dog rescues in the past few years.

As employees came to City Hall they were met with smoke in building. Firefighters searched the building with the thermal imaging camera and found nothing. One of the emergency heaters was kicked on and smoke began to intense.

After heavy rains, many areas received flooding. Firefighters received a call on Elm Street of house getting water in it . On arrival firefighters worked on road drains and cleared the water from roadway.
