Called in the early morning hours to a vehicle fire on High Street. On arrival firefighters had 2 vehicles on fire. An attack line was pulled from E20 to extinguish the fire.

Called to a vehicle accident on US 119. On arrival firefighters found the driver out and no injuries. The vehicle had knocked over a light pole.

New member of the fire department family. Firefighter Matthew Corbett and wife Heather had a baby girl Kathryn Julianna Corbett borned Aug. 20, 2017. She is also the grand daughter of Chief Corbett.

Responded to a two vehicle accident above the high school. Firefighters treated occupants for injuries. Neon EMS arrived and transported one to WARH. Firefighters remained on scene for traffic control and place oil dry around a leak.

Called to Marshals Branch to assist Dorton Fire Dept at a possible structure fire with heavy smoke reported. On arrival no fire was found and the Thermal Imaging Camera was used to check structure . No fire was found.

1)Vehicle fire reported at the library . On arrival firefighters checked the vehicle and found fire had burned itself out . Fire occurred by wiring. 2) EMS call to Camden Road. Firefighters responded. Neon EMS had arrived .

Firefighters were called to Rocky Hollow to a power line down on house and house on fire. On arrival no fire was found. The power line had hit the roof and fell into the yard. One unit remained to secure the area until AEP could fix the line.

Firefighters responded to the Dunham area for an EMS call. Firefighters gathered information and vitals and treated patient with oxygen until Neon EMS arrived and transported patient to WARH.

Firefighters called to a outlet smoking at a residence on HWY 805. On arrival firefighters had to open area around the outlet to get to the fire. Fire was extinguished. Thermal Imaging used to check for fire extension.

Firefighters responded to an overturned vehicle on US 23 near the state line. On arrival the driver was out and firefighters checked the driver and treated him for minor injuries. Driver refused further treatment.

1) Firefighters were called to a structure fire on HWY 805 in the early morning. On arrival house was fully involved with fire. No one was living at home at the time of the fire. Firefighters made attacks with hose from Engine 9 and Engine 5 while Tanker 18 supplied water.

Firefighters were paged to a power pole fire on HWY 805 near Number 3 Hollow. On arrival the power lines had rubbed on trees and power pole and transformer was sparking. AEP was notified and fire units remained on scene until AEP arrived.

Firefighters responded to an EMS call on Number 1 Hill. Pt was checked and watched until EMS arrived. Firefighters assisted in loading the patient. Firefighters responded to a structure fire in Yonts Fork in Haymond.

Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the cement plant in Dunham. Fire was on HWY 805. On arrival heavy flames found. An attack line from Engine 5 quickly extinguished the fire. Engine 9 responded as well.
