Firefighters responded to an automatic aid call to Neon Fire Dept at the Haymond Community for a structure fire on HWY 805. Engine 20 responded to assist.

1) Early morning report of a possible structure fire on Barn Hill. On arrival heavy smoke found. Themal Imaging Camera was used to check the structure and a ventilation fan placed to remove the smoke. Breaker on the heater kicked, it was determined that the heater had caused the problem.

1) Firefighters responded to a possible vehicle accident with injuries on Dunham Mountain road. On arrival no injuries found. Firefighters assisted owner in getting the vehicle moved. 2) Firefighters paged to Mountain Breeze Apartments to a fire.

Firefighters assisted in packaging and transporting a patient that had fallen at a mine site in Joes Branch. Truck 21 transported the EMS and patient to the waiting ambulance.

Fire Department called to a tree fire from a power line down. On arrival, firefighters checked the area and found the power line down but no fire found. Firefighters remained on scene until AEP arrived.

Engine 20 responded to Seco to assist Neon Fire Dept on a structure fire. Crews made an interior attack but brought outside for a defensive mode. Engine 20 set up for water relay and scene lighting. Several other departments including Sandlick and Colson responded as well.

1)Firefighters assisted police in traffic control when icy roadway on US 23 on the mountain caused vehicles to slide to a stop. Traffic was held until state highway salted the roadway and vehicles moved.

1) Firefighters assisted a male that had fallen into his wheelchair. 2) Firefighters were called to a resident at Store Hill in Burdine that was worried about the stove. Firefighters checked the stove and turned the breaker off on the stove and told residence to contact a repairman.

Alarm was activated at Goodwater Falls Apartments. On arrival the first firefighter found someone had tried to remove a piece of flooring and the smoke activated the alarm. Everything was OK and Engine 20 returned to station.
