Early morning EMS call brought firefighters out on HWY 805. Firefighters and EMS was having a difficult time finding location. Dispatch called back and found the address was given wrong and the location was in Neon.

Called to aid Neon Fire at a structure fire on HWY 317. On arrival Engine 30 relayed water while the crew of Engine 20 made an interior attack.2) A male subject stopped at the firehouse and stated there was a fire on HWY 3409.
Called to an activated alarm at the Old Jenkins High School Apartments. On arrival it was found resident had burned food on stove. Everything was cleared and returned to station.
Fire units was requested to assist Neon EMS at Lighthouse Lane for vehicle over embankment. Firefighters extricated the driver and assisted carrying the patient up the hill.
Call came for a vehicle accident on US 119 involving 2 vehicles. On arrival it was found it was not a wreck but a tractor trailer's brakes had caught fire. A hose line from Rescue 31 was utilized to extinguish and cool the brakes.
